Weare seeking a LEAD " CARDIOVASCULAR SONOGRAPHER in Wausau, WI at AspirusWausau Hospital who oversees the quality and daily workflows of theCardiovascular Sonographer lab, assuring that patient care and exams are carriedout in accordance with established policies and procedures as determined by theMedical Directors and IAC accreditation standards. Under the supervision of theMedical Director, physicians and departmental leadership, the Technical Leadwill be responsible for making sure the cardiovascular studies for neonates,pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients comply with performancemeasures. Assure patient and customer satisfaction results, clinical qualitybenchmarks, and operational financial targets are consistently met. The Lead willprovide leadership in maintaining an environment which supports our philosophyand values. Establishes work relationships with all team members to foster highemployee morale and participation. Assures regulatory compliance and deliverskey performance outcomes.
- An Associatesor bachelor's degree in related health field.
- Echocardiographerregistry (RCS or RDCS) and Vascular registry (RVT or RVS).
- Current BLS certification or obtained within 90days of hire.
- Possessesand maintains a valid driver's license as required.
- Maintainsnumber of Continuing Education Credits necessary to keep credentials.
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours every week
