We are seeking a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Joint Center Coordinator at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This person will coordinate the patient experience including education and discharge coordination. This person is the liaison between surgeon, staff and hospital leadership. You are responsible for day-to-day program management, report generation and review, and quality improvement activities.
As a Registered Nurse additional responsibilities will include hours scheduled in Nurse Triage " Call Center (minimum 2hrs/week).
As a Therapist additional responsibilities will include occasional coverage of patient care in the Inpatient Therapy department.
- Graduate of an accredited BSN, Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
- 5 years of experience in clinical field preferred.
- Strong orthopaedic background preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting services.
- Strong data analysis skills, requiring interpretation of clinical results to develop program improvement projects.
