We are seeking a Family House Assistant for our team in Wausau, WI. The Aspirus Family House is a safe, affordable, temporary home for families whose loved ones are receiving medical care at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, or for patients who have traveled to Wausau to receive specialty care.
The Assistant of the Aspirus Family House works collaboratively with the Manager and Coordinator to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the house including admissions process, referral program, volunteer program, and guest service/satisfaction.
* Knowledge of customer service and business practices normally acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in a business, hospitality or health related field beneficial, or relevant work experience.
* 1-2 years' experience in non-profit, human services, or hospitality industry preferred.
Hours: Part-time, shifts will vary between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, every 3rd weekend rotation & holiday rotation. 48 hours per pay period. Benefits package available.
