Serves as liaison between the CEO's office and other departments. Provides and obtains information for the CEO.
Performs secretarial/clerical functions including, but not limited to: handling correspondence, screening phone calls, copying and collating, and distributing information as directed.
Anticipates, gathers, and prepares materials needed by supervisor. Contacts other departments to follow-up on information and report requests.
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments for President/CEO; coordinates and travel or related arrangements as needed.
Coordinates meeting arrangements for the Board of Directors; prepares and distributes agenda. Takes meeting minutes; types, distributes, and files appropriately.
Resolves telephone and visitor inquiries and complaints as appropriate.
Coordinates the resources of other administrative assistants to assure appropriate coverage and project completion.
Handles incoming/outgoing mail by distributing, routing, and filing as required.
Maintains accurate and efficient follow-up system and organizes all files accordingly.
