We are seeking a COVID Contact Center Representative in Wausau, WI to assist patients and community members by managing inbound customer service calls. You will be responsible for directing phone calls to the appropriate staff, performing clerical duties and scheduling patient appointments, when necessary. This position has the ability to work from home after training, if all work from home requirements are met.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or Health Care Business Services preferred
  • Minimum of one-year call center experience strongly preferred
  • Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred

Hours: The Contact Center is open 6am-7pm, Monday-Friday and 7-5, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts vary.
