We are seeking a Medical Assistant to work at the new Aspirus location in Marshfield, WI. This new location will have four exam rooms and provide family practice, imaging and lab procedures. This will require an experienced and independent candidate.

We are looking to hire now and train at the Wisconsin Rapids Doctor's Clinic until the clinic opens, which is projected to be in November.  After the transition, there is potential to travel to the Doctors Clinic and Riverview Family Clinic depending on business needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of outpatient clinic health care
  • Maintaining clinical records and documentation
  • Working well in a team environment putting patient safety first 
  • Collaborating with Nurses and patient care staff
  • Carries out assigned patient care activities
  • Ability to make decisions consistent with clinic policies and the strict observance to confidentiality


  • Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration REQUIRED
  • 2-3 years of Certified Medical Assistant experience REQUIRED
  • Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire REQUIRED

Hours: Full time Benefit package available, 40 hours per week, no holidays.
